Glamorgan Manor Dressage LLC was founded in 2000 by Lea Ann Hansen. Located in Doswell, VA; Glamorgan is dedicated to bringing the dressage enthusiast quality instruction and facilities as well as superior sport horse breeding.

Glamorgan Manor sits within historic horse country in rural Caroline County, Virginia. Originally established in 1851, Glamorgan was bought by Lea Ann Hansen in 1998 as a private horse farm. Since that date Glamorgan has expanded its facilities and services offering dressage clinics, training, & sporthorse breeding. 

 

We have recently updated many components to our facility including; new top of the line footing in our indoor areana, new fencing, and a new on-site trainer/manager, Melanie Montgano, who offers dressage lessons and comprehensive training packages. 

 

Less than 2 miles from Glamorgan is Meadow Farm, the birthplace of Secretariat, arguably one of the world’s most famous thoroughbred racehorses.  We are proud to raise our horses on the same land that created so many champions.
